This 24-Bun Warmer (8018-BW) works with a pan of water that sits below the buns and slowly humidifies the box. The warmer can be adjusted to 200° Fahrenheit, depending upon your location and the existing air humidity. The machine will take approximately 10 minutes to heat up and after this time the buns will be ready in another 10 minutes. The buns will remain moist and warm for approximately 4-6 hours after placing them in the warmer. The discrepancy in time is because of the existing variables, including bun warmer temperature, ambient air temperature, number of buns and amount of water in the tray.
